Location Privacy
We only use general area information, never your exact coordinates. Your precise location is never stored or shared.
How We Use Location

Location Controls
- You can disable location services anytime in your device settings
- Location sharing can be turned off in app settings
- You can choose to share location only when using the app
- Location data is automatically deleted after 30 days
7. Children's Privacy
PawCards is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Data Retention
How Long We Keep Data
- Account Data: Until you delete your account
- Pet Information: Until you remove it or delete account
- Location Data: 30 days maximum
- Usage Analytics: 2 years (anonymized)
- Support Messages: 3 years
Automatic Deletion
- • Inactive accounts (2+ years) are automatically deleted
- • Location data is purged every 30 days
- • Temporary files are deleted immediately
- • Backup data is deleted within 90 days
