Delete your PawCards account
You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app (fastest)
- Open PawCards and go to the You tab.
- Tap Settings, then Account Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Deletion starts immediately.
Works the same on iPhone and Android.
By email
Email support@pawcards.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my PawCards account. We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.

- • Your account and sign-in details
- • Every PawCard you created, including photos
- • Your friends, friend requests, chats and messages
- • Walks, health records, alerts and map reports you posted
- • Notification history and preferences
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. A family member who shared your PawCards loses access to them.
What may be kept, and for how long
- • Anonymised usage analytics that cannot identify you (see our Privacy Policy)
- • Support emails, for up to 3 years
- • Backups, which are overwritten within 90 days
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.
