Billing FAQ
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings → Premium Management → Manage Subscription in the app, or use the "Update Payment Method" button above. You can add new cards or update existing ones anytime.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at renewal.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry your payment automatically. If it continues to fail, we'll email you to update your payment method. Your subscription will remain active for a few days to give you time to fix the issue.
How do I get a refund?
Contact our billing support team at billing@pawcards.app with your account details and reason for the refund. We process most refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. You can cancel anytime and reactivate when you're ready. Your data and settings are preserved when you return.
