How do I create my first PawCard?

Open the app, tap the "+" button on the home screen, add your pet's details, take a photo, and save. It takes just a few minutes!

What's included in the 3-month free trial?

The trial includes all premium features: Lost Dog Alerts, Community Safety Network, Emergency Contacts, PawWatch monitoring, and advanced analytics.

How do I spot a dog I see?

Tap "Spot a PawCard" on the home screen, take a photo, add location details, and submit. The owner will be notified if it's a registered pet.

Is my location data private?

Yes! Your exact location is never shared. We only use general area information to connect you with nearby pet owners, and you can control location sharing in settings.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Friends tab, tap "Find Friends", search by name or browse nearby pets, then send a friend request. You can also scan QR codes when meeting in person.

What if I can't identify a dog's breed?

Use our AI-powered PawDex! Take a photo and our system will suggest the most likely breeds. You can also browse our database of 225+ breeds.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Premium Management → Manage Subscription. This opens our billing portal where you can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until your current period ends.

Can I use PawCards without location services?

Yes, but with limited features. You can create PawCards and use PawDex, but you won't see nearby pets or be able to spot dogs with location data.

App won't load or crashes
